Item Condition Glossary

Here’s how we label item conditions so buyers know exactly what they’re getting:

  • NWT (New With Tags)

Brand new item, never used or worn, with original tags attached.

  • NWOT (New Without Tags)

Never worn or used, but tags have been removed.

  • EUC (Excellent Used Condition)

Gently used, no visible signs of wear, almost like new.

  • VGUC (Very Good Used Condition)

Light wear, minor flaws (if any), well cared for.

  • GUC (Good Used Condition)

Noticeable wear, may have small flaws, but still functional and presentable.

  • Play Condition

Heavily worn or damaged, best for playtime, DIY, or repurposing

All sales are final.

General Questions

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are an online storefront only shipping from St. Augustine, Florida. Local consignment drop offs can be arranged in Jacksonville, or Tallahassee.

Q: What is consignment?
A: Consignment means you (the consignor) bring your items to us, and we sell them on your behalf. Once your item sells, you receive a percentage of the selling price.

Q: What types of items do you accept?
A: We accept gently used upscale children’s clothing, shoes, and select other items depending on season and inventory. Please contact us for specific item categories.

Q: How do I start consigning with you?
A: We accept items from out of town consignors weekly! You can start by completing our consignment form. We’ll review your submission and let you know when we can accept.

Q: How do you price the items?
A: We price items based on brand, condition, style, and current market trends. We aim to price items fairly for both consignors and buyers.

Q: What happens if my items don’t sell?
A: Items that don’t sell within a set timeframe (typically 30-60 days) may be marked down, returned to you, or donated, based on the agreement we make when you consign.

Prep & Acceptance

Q: What condition should my items be in?
A: All items must be clean, freshly laundered, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, and damage. Items should be in seasonal demand and ready for resale.

Q: Do you accept off-season items?
A: Generally, we accept in-season items to maximize your chances of selling, but we may make exceptions for designer or high-demand pieces.

Q: How many items can I bring at once?
A: Our minimum is 30 items and a max of 200 to ensure quality review and turnaround. For large batches, children’s boutique closure, or up-front payment options, please reach out.

Payments & Commision

Q: When do I get paid?
A: Payments are issued biweekly for items that sold in the previous cycle. You can choose to receive payment via [Venmo, PayPal, store credit, etc.].

Q: Can I use my balance as store credit?
A: Absolutely! Store credit can often be used at a higher percentage and is a great way to shop sustainably.
